Graciela’s 25-year journey with the company started in the bottling department, before progressing to blending, where she eventually became manager. 

Together with her team, Graciela ensures all products are blended with the highest level of precision and quality. She is also chairperson of the workplace union organization, helping to create an enjoyable and sustainable work environment that benefits both production and working conditions. 

What is your proudest moment at TAG?

When I was given the chance to become Manager Blending. I feel proud that the company has the confidence to promote employees, and there is a clear development path from operator to manager with the right support and guidance along the way. 

Being entrusted with leading and developing our work together with my colleagues has been both educational and inspiring. I am also very proud to have contributed to the implementation of new routines that have made our processes smoother and more efficient. 

This was not something I achieved alone, we worked together as a team where everyone was involved and played a role in driving these improvements.

How does conviviality manifest itself at TAG?

One of the things that truly defines the TAG work environment is that no one ever stands alone. If something happens or your need help, there is always someone ready to step in and support you.

This sense of security creates a workplace where we can grow together and everyone feels included. We also encourage open dialogue, ensuring there is always room for new ideas and improvements.

What is your favourite cocktail and do you have a personal twist on the recipe?

The Absolut Passionstar Martini. I love its fresh and exotic passion fruit flavour. To enhance it even more, I swap out vanilla vodka for Absolut Passion, further bringing out the passion fruit character and making the drink even fresher!
