Luisa Jimenez is a 32-year-old Mexican with a deep love for Mexican culture and a passion for tequila – in other words, a perfect ambassador for House of Tequila. In her role as Global Senior Brand Manager for Altos Tequila, she’s responsible for defining and planning the brand’s development on a strategic and tactical level, while making sure plans are successfully implemented across global markets.

What’s a standout project you’ve recently worked with?

Altos is going through a series of exciting changes that aim to strengthen the brand, stand out in the category, and cut through the noise. Over the past months, I have been involved in this ambitious project, and I can’t wait to soon be able to communicate more about it. So, stay tuned – big news is coming soon!

What has been your proudest moment at TAG?

Leading the development of the group’s first Tequila RTD (ready-to-drink), Altos Margarita, exclusively launched in Australia and New Zealand, was an incredible journey. Not least because the tequila category’s denomination of origin comes with such specific regulations, which adds an extra layer of complexity. After months of dedicated work, we successfully launched the product last year, and it has shown an outstanding performance in its initial months.

How does the idea of conviviality manifest itself at work for you and your colleagues?

It shows up in our strong sense of community as a team. We truly enjoy supporting each other and celebrating our collective achievements. Conviviality is at the core of how we connect, collaborate, and grow together.
