Five years ago, Pernilla decided to take on a new challenge by switching from external marketing to internal communications – and eventually joining The Absolut Group as an Employee Communications Specialist. As someone who loves connecting with people, she has grown more convinced each day that this role perfectly matches both her personality and skillset.
What exciting projects have you been involved in recently?
We have an annual event in June, called Responsib’All Day, when all employees within the Pernod Ricard family come together to participate in activities focused on sustainability and responsibility.
Each year, we have a different theme, and this year we focused on circular making. I’m part of the team that organizes this event and it’s a wonderful project to be involved in. On this day, everyone at TAG logs off and is given the opportunity to learn, engage and take meaningful actions together, centered around a specific challenge related to our Sustainability & Responsibility roadmap.


What is your proudest moment here at TAG?
One thing I’m really proud of is our efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, when we delivered 3.5 million liters of ethanol to companies producing hand sanitizer for health and elderly care. It was a unique moment that I’ll always carry with me and feel proud about. Our chefs, who work in our amazing office canteen, also delivered lunch boxes to hospital staff at IVA (intensive care unit) at two hospitals in Stockholm. That was our way of helping during a challenging and uncertain time.
Conviviality must be a key aspect of your role. How does it manifest itself for you?
It’s a very friendly atmosphere here at TAG and arriving to work feels almost like coming home to a huge family. Everyone is encouraged to be themselves, and people respect each other. An important part of my role is to ensure information is shared with all employees, as well as to organize engaging convivial moments, for instance, themed days like health days and social events. Moments like these are highly valued here at TAG and within Pernod Ricard.
Last but not least – what’s your favorite cocktail?
With so many options to choose from, it’s hard to pick just one, but if I had to, it would be a classic Piña Colada. I’m a coconut lover, so what could be better than a fresh Piña Colada made with Malibu Rum Original?
