It’s a small-batch tequila, made with agaves from the highest elevations in Arandas, Jalisco. Where it’s made with a simple philosophy: Create an elevated, smooth and complex tequila, that encapsulates the natural and distinctive flavours of the best agaves.
Avión takes the extra steps to ensure the highest quality tequila by: Hand selecting agaves from the highest elevations from Jalisco, slow cooking these precious agaves for 3 days, using the purest distillate for a smooth yet complex profile. This allows us to offer 4 different and unique expressions: Silver, Reposado, Reserva 44 and Reserva Cristalino, meant to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
Avión is driven by the desire to make truly unique tequila – using the highest quality agave from the highest elevations.
