The Cocktail Hour Board Game

The board game Cocktail Hour is something we came up with in a hackathon together with our sister company Irish Distillers in 2019. The game focuses on diversity and is played at team level.

Daniel Engström, HR Business Partner, explains how a board might help us increase diversity:

“It helps players understand our subconscious biases and attitudes that might influence the way we relate to each other, including our recruitment and training decisions. We’re still in the final phase of the design, but we’re hoping to be ready to launch it once we’re able to meet and socialize again.”
